PARVISOR.com has an obligation to conduct its business in accordance with all applicable rules, regulations. Laws and statutes. We are committed to helping all Users act in a way that preserves trust and respect. This Code is meant as a guide to using our Site appropriately and must be followed at all times. Breaches of this Code will result in disciplinary action, up to, and including, account termination.  In this CODE OF CONDUCT Agreement:

“User”, “you” or “your” means an individual who visits or uses the Website, including via the API. 

“Users” means individuals who visit or use the Website, including via the API. 

To use PARVISOR.com, You agree to the following 

Personal Behavior 

• You will act ethically and with integrity. 
• You will comply with all PARVISOR.com’s policies. 
• You will respect the rights of all Users. 
• You will not abuse confidential information, or participate in any other illegal practice. 
• You will have regard and respect for Users’ interests, rights and safety. 

• You will not harass, bully or discriminate. 
• You will not falsify your own or any other identity and You will provide true and correct information. 
• You will not seek to communicate or receive/initiate payments off-site. 
• You will not agree to do work You am not capable of doing. 
• You will not request the upfront release of Milestone or Interim Payments before You have delivered work. 
• You will not abuse the services offered by my hired PARVISOR.com. 

 User Content 

You responsible for the content You post on PARVISOR.com and: 

• You will not post content that infringes upon any copyright or other intellectual property rights. 
• You will not post content that violates any law or regulation. 
• You will not post content that is defamatory. 
• You will not post content that is obscene or contains child pornography. 
• You will not post content that includes incomplete, false or inaccurate information about any person, product, or service. 
• You will not post content that contains any viruses or programming routines intended to damage any system. 
• You will not post content that creates liability for PARVISOR.com or harms its business operations or reputation. 

 Confidentiality 

• You will respect confidentiality and privacy. 
• You will not disclose information or documents You have acquired, other than as required by law or where authorization is given by PARVISOR.com. 

Contact 

• You will not ask other PARVISOR.com Users or Subscribers for their private contact details without permission and will communicate with them only through official website features or as allowed in the Terms of Service. 

Fraud 

• You will not engage in fraud. 
• You will not create more than one account. 
• You will not use the Site to illegally transfer funds. 
• You will not use the Site to generate false or misleading feedback about any person, product, or service. 

 Communication 

• You will avoid exaggeration, derogatory remarks, and inappropriate references. 
• You will not engage in personal attacks, negative or other unfair criticism, and any unprofessional conduct.  

Bidding 

• You will not underbid to avoid fees. 
• You will not participate in projects involving illegal behavior. 
• You will only bid on projects that You plan to complete.  

Spam or Advertising 

• You will not spam or advertise my website or service unless otherwise allowed and paying the appropriate fees. 

Affiliates 

• You will not refer myself for the Affiliate Program. 
• You will not obtain names from mailing lists, group emails, etc to send unsolicited emails (“Spam”). 

Payments 

• You will not use PARVISOR.com to facilitate money exchange including, but not limited to, cryptocurrency (e.g. bitcoin, ethereum, etc). 
• You will comply with my obligations after the work is submitted by the Vendor.
